B200pix11In general, most of our facilities, activities, programs, food, and accomodations can be configured to meet your groups' expectations - just let us know what you're looking for! Your imagination (and the number of beds we have!) is the limit. If we can do it, we will. Our goal is your memorable, meaningful, and enjoyable experience.
  
Our Groups Ambassadors will be on site during your visit, and depending on what you need, we can do anything for you from staying in the background and keeping fresh coffee on to cooking meals to running an entire retreat with teambuilding and activities.
  
Some things to think about as you plan your visit:
  • Allow us to prepare and serve meals so you won’t miss out on enjoying the time you have at camp.  Letting us take care of things means you won’t have to plan the menu, shop for the food, determine who is on each kitchen crew, who will be on pre-meal setup and post-meal clean-up, who will be responsible for food temperature, timing, table setting...not to mention what to bring, who will bring it, who will come early to unpack the food, cook the first meal... Of course, if all that fun is part of your plan, great! Let us know and we'll explain how to use the kitchen equipment. We can also provide some, but not all meals for you, or pack you a traveling lunch if your plans include an off-site trip to Mt. Monadnock or nearby attractions. Nobody will go hungry, we promise!  
  • How many people will be using housing on site, and for how many nights? If your group is co-ed, do you want housing in two different areas on camp? Are there any members of your group that might need different accomodations, like a professional speaker, or the grandparents of the bride? Let us know who's coming and we'll roll out the red carpet. Well, a pine needle carpet, but it's nice. :)

What's the mood of your event?training Is it a chance for extended relaxation and bonding for the members of your group or is it a planned event with a specific schedule? We can help you develop a schedule if you'd like, or help make sure everyone enjoys their downtime, or both.

Need help with equipment and set up? No problem, we've got you covered. Check out the facilities section for information on what Starfish offers groups. If you're looking for something a little different, say a 150 person event tent, fleet of golf carts, outdoor cooking grills, staging, or any party/event item, we work with a range of vendors to help get what you need for the best possible experience.
