The application process for returners opens on November 21, 2017. Beginning November 27 (the Monday after Thanksgiving), we will review applications on a rolling basis. We therefore recommend completing the online application at your earliest convenience. Click the button to the left to get started, or to learn more about the process for returning applicants this year, see the grid below. 
 
 
 
 
RETURNING CAMPERS (DAY OR OVERNIGHT):

When you click to complete the Camper Application, it will ask you to log in using the MyCampMinder credentials you set up last summer. If you are not able to log in, please reach out to anyone at the office - we can help you reset and get into your account immediately. Do not create a new account, as your information will NOT be merged, resulting in duplicate files for your camper.

We encourage you to check out the 2018 Dates and rates and the 2018 Guide to Programs as we have a full complement of Main Camp programs AND Crescent Camp programs available this summer!

1. Complete the Camp Application online here

The system will automatically ask you the right questions as a returner (how cool is that!!) The returning camper application is less in-depth than a first time application (2nd year parent/guardians will be pleased to hear) but will still take some time. We are attempting to balance our need for enough information to help your camper get set up for another year of success with respect for your time as returning families!

Once we receive your completed application online, we will review it and be in contact within the next 10 business days to confirm or, if we have questions, to go over the application and availability for this summer.

For the 2018 season, we anticipate asking some returning campers to do a quick "check-in" chat with a staff member for a few minutes by phone or Skype as part of the re-ennrollment process. Should you be asked to participate in this step of the process, we will work with you directly to determine the best day, time and method of conducting the check-in so it can be a set up for success for  and for all involved.

Please note that you will be required to complete additional paperwork, such as health forms, prior to attendance at camp.

opt2 (Optional) Financial Aid Application (Form OPT-2)
